Holiday Hangover Help

Feeling a little sluggish this morning? Did you party like it’s 1999 last night? First, let me say, “Welcome to the New Year”! 2017 is here and full of opportunity.

Now, that hangover….we’ve all had one. They can be pretty brutal depending on the amount of fun we had the night before! Here’s the essential oil regimen that worked for me.

Today, Young Living’s Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint are your best friends! Don’t forget the water – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

Start with a couple drops of Grapefruit and Lemon in the palm of your hand. Rub on your body over your liver (hint: your liver is located mainly on the right side of your body under your ribs and goes across the top of your chest under your breasts/pecks).

Next, place a few drops of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint in the palm of your hand. Rub on the back of your neck, behind your ears, and on the bottom of your feet (big toes and center of both feet). Place one drop of Peppermint on your index fingers and rub in your temples.

Finish off with 2 drops each of Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint Vitality in an 8oz glass of water. Mix with either cold, or warm water then drink. Continue to hydrate through out the day. Another bonus to add is 2oz shot of Young Living’s Ningxia Red for an added boost after getting some food in your stomach.
